Ministry

There are so many ways that God has gifted each one of us to build up and encourage our own Christian family. This is called ‘ministry’. The opportunity for ministry in our church is HUGE! From leadership to helping out, God has a unique way that you can impact the lives of others around you. Some areas of opportunity include;

Momentum connect group leadership – learn how to run a connect group and invest in the lives of other 18-30 year olds

Fremitus Youth – Did you have someone to walk through your teenage years with you, supporting and guiding you to be all that God wants you to be? Our youth need people like you! Fremitus youth is our Year 6-12 program and are looking for leaders and people to help out at the weekly program. Contact Pastor Simon for more info

Music – God is a creative God and he made music to be used to worship Him, touch lives, encourage and empower. If you are musically inclined and would like to know more about being involved contact Bethany Nixon (re Sunday 6:30pm service), Ross James (Fremitus Youth music), Lenard Anderson (9:30am service) or Michael Dench (Kids Church).

Junior Fellowship – This is our year 3-6 program. HEAPS of fun and such an opportunity to invest in the lives of the next generation. Contact Marni Jackson for more info

Kids Church – This is our Sunday Morning program for Kids preschool age up to year 7. Again an awesome opportunity to get alongside the next generation! Contact Bek Seymour for more info about getting involved.

Care program – Good at cooking? Do you like to chat? Then this ministry could be for you! The care program at our church provides food and goods to those who might be struggling a bit, and also run telecare. This is when a group of people ring around to check our how people are going and pray for them. Let people know that you love them!

There are so many more ways to be involved! Watch this space for specific areas where people are needed, or contact Edwina for more info.
